Care Coordination

When grief is heavy, even simple decisions can feel like too much. Compassionate Care Coordination offers gentle structure, emotional steadiness, and organized next steps — so you’re not holding everything alone during anticipatory grief, end-of-life planning, or the early days after loss.

Scope note: Paws & Peace provides non-medical, non-clinical emotional support and educational resources. This is not therapy/counseling, not medical or veterinary care, and not crisis support. For medical questions, contact your veterinarian. If you feel unsafe or are in crisis, call/text 988 (U.S.) or your local emergency services.

Pilot Phase Notice: Care Coordination openings are limited and may be offered in small monthly availability windows. If there is no immediate availability, we’re happy to explore the best next step with you.

Pilot pricing: Founding Client Pilot pricing is available for a limited time as services are being expanded and refined. Availability is limited.

What Care Coordination is

Care Coordination is a structured, short-term support option designed for pet parents navigating the emotional and practical weight of end-of-life planning, anticipatory grief, or major transitions. This support is non-clinical and focuses on organization, emotional steadiness, and next-step clarity — while keeping all medical care with your veterinary team.

Scope reminder: We do not provide therapy/counseling, crisis services, medical interpretation, veterinary advice, or recommendations (including guidance on when it is “time”).

  • end-of-life planning (emotionally and logistically)
  • clients overwhelmed by “too many moving parts”
