Service Description

Compassionate Care Coordination provides calm, supportive guidance when everything feels overwhelming. We help you organize next steps, provide resources, and navigate care decisions with clarity and peace.

Includes:

  • Mobility aid access (i.e. harness, ramp)

  • Coordination assistance (euthanasia resource brochure, memorial planning resources)

  • Referrals to vets, hospice providers, cremation services

  • Emotional support check-in phone sessions (3 phone sessions over 30 days)

Best for:

  • End-of-life planning

  • Clients overwhelmed by logistics

  • Families needing structure and reassurance

Please note: As part of care coordination support, Paws & Peace may offer non-medical mobility and comfort aids intended to support daily living and reduce physical strain for families caring for a declining or aging pet.

These aids are:

  • comfort-focused and practical

  • non-clinical and non-prescriptive

  • optional and offered only when appropriate

Examples may include temporary ramps, support slings, traction aids, or comfort supports used to assist with movement and positioning.
