Compassionate Care Coordination provides calm, supportive guidance when everything feels overwhelming. We help you organize next steps, provide resources, and navigate care decisions with clarity and peace.
Includes:
Mobility aid access (i.e. harness, ramp)
Coordination assistance (euthanasia resource brochure, memorial planning resources)
Referrals to vets, hospice providers, cremation services
Emotional support check-in phone sessions (3 phone sessions over 30 days)
Best for:
End-of-life planning
Clients overwhelmed by logistics
Families needing structure and reassurance
Please note: As part of care coordination support, Paws & Peace may offer non-medical mobility and comfort aids intended to support daily living and reduce physical strain for families caring for a declining or aging pet.
These aids are:
comfort-focused and practical
non-clinical and non-prescriptive
optional and offered only when appropriate
Examples may include temporary ramps, support slings, traction aids, or comfort supports used to assist with movement and positioning.
