Format Live virtual Zoom support session
Support Style Gentle guided emotional support, reflection, and community discussion
Sessions are currently planned for the first Saturday of each month. Additional dates/times may be added in the future based on community interest and availability.

Next steps

Step 1 Please complete the brief participant intake form.
Step 2 Your Zoom access information and reminder email will be sent closer to the session date.
Step 3 You are welcome to participate at whatever level feels emotionally safe for you — whether that means sharing openly, listening quietly, or simply being present.

What to expect

There is no expectation to have the “right words” or to share more than feels comfortable.
