You’re In — Here’s What Happens Next

Thank you for purchasing the Post-Loss Support Pathway. I’m so sorry you’re here under these circumstances, and I’m honored to offer gentle support during this season. This page will help you know what to expect next, how access works, and where to go if you need help.

A gentle start

The Post-Loss Support Pathway was created to offer soft structure during the early days and weeks after loss. You do not need to move through everything quickly. You do not need to use every resource right away. This experience is meant to feel calm, supportive, and flexible.

Gentle reminder: There is no expectation to do this perfectly. You are welcome to begin slowly and return to the materials in the way that feels most supportive to you.

What happens next

Step 1 Your welcome email should arrive within a few minutes.
Step 2 That email will include your access details, your first guidance for getting started, and any included pathway materials or links.
Step 3 You can begin the pathway gently and at your own pace. There is no pressure to “keep up” or complete everything all at once.
Step 4 Gentle check-ins will arrive during your pathway window to support you as you move through the experience.

What’s included in your pathway

  • 3 weeks of post-loss reflection resources
  • gentle email check-ins delivered throughout the pathway
  • aftercare materials for practical and emotional support
  • space to move through the materials at your own pace
  • information on requesting optional live support, if needed

This pathway is intended to feel like a softer place to begin when grief feels heavy, disorienting, or difficult to organize on your own.

If you don’t see your email

If your welcome email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check:

  • your spam folder
  • your promotions or updates folder
  • the email address used during checkout
Still don’t see it? Please reach out through the contact page and include the name and email address used at checkout so we can help.

Optional live support

Some clients moving through the Post-Loss Support Pathway find that a short live conversation feels especially supportive. If additional support would feel helpful, optional phone sessions may be requested during your pathway window.

Pilot rate +$35 per call
Standard rate +$45 per call
Call length 30 minutes
How to request Simply reply to your welcome email during your pathway window if you’d like to add a call.
Please note: Optional live support is supplemental, availability-based, and not intended to create ongoing or urgent-response support.

How to use this pathway gently

  • start with only what feels manageable today
  • you do not need to complete every worksheet in order
  • it is okay to pause and return later
  • grief may feel different from day to day — that is normal
  • use the materials as support, not as pressure

This pathway is here to offer steadiness and reflection, not another set of expectations.
