Gentle virtual emotional support spaces for those navigating pet loss, anticipatory grief, heartbreak, guilt, and the emotional weight of loving deeply.


Paws & Peace provides non-clinical emotional support and grief coaching only. These support circles are not therapy, counseling, crisis support, or veterinary/medical advice.

Support Circle Details

3-Session Circle

A guided small-group support experience

Created for those seeking deeper emotional support, gentle reflection, and consistent connection while navigating pet loss or anticipatory grief.

  • 3 live virtual Zoom support sessions
  • held every other Wednesday over 6 weeks
  • next session begins June 24, 2026
  • Wednesdays at 7 PM CST (5 PM PST • 6 PM MST • 8 PM EST)
  • approximately 60–75 minutes each
  • intentionally limited to 8 participants
  • guided emotional support and reflection
  • between-session reflection emails
Best for: those wanting ongoing support, deeper connection, and a more consistent small-group experience.
Monthly Session

A flexible one-time support session

Created for those wanting a softer, lower-commitment space for emotional support, reflection, and connection while navigating pet grief.

  • first Saturday of each month at 9 AM CST (7 AM PST • 8 AM MST • 10 AM EST)
  • approximately 70–90 minutes
  • open to both anticipatory and post-loss grief
  • gentle guided emotional support and reflection
  • supportive community-centered discussion space
  • no long-term commitment required
  • participants are welcome to listen quietly or share at their own comfort level
Best for: those wanting lighter ongoing support, occasional community connection, or a softer introduction to group grief support.
Registration closes 48 hours prior to allow time for participant preparation and group support coordination.

  • confidentiality is encouraged, though cannot be guaranteed online
  • participants may step away at any time if emotions feel overwhelming
  • Paws & Peace may gently redirect conversations when needed
