You’ll receive four (4) 45-minute calls over 30 days (about one call per week), along with calming, self-guided resources delivered by email to support you between sessions. Phone calls are the default; video calls are available upon request. This service is non-medical and non-clinical and is designed to complement (not replace) veterinary care or therapy.
